8In Rudi Garcia’s press conference today he underlined James Pallotta’s confidence in him.
“I often talk to the president. Since I arrived the board has always had confidence in me. Have I ever regretted staying? Not even once. We’re all working our hardest to bring Roma to the forefront of football. When we are able to use the teams to the full of its capabilities we can do great things. It’s still early to assess the situation. My mind is on the Palermo match now.”
This comes on the heels of rumours that have called for Garcia’s job to be at risk if the capital squad keep up their poor form. One of the most recent potential candidates for the Roma job should the Frenchmen leave is ex-Inter and Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri.
