The Italian FA (FIGC) has announced another friendly in the buildup to the European Championship in 2016.
Italy is set to take on Romania at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara on November 17th. This will be the second game of the international break after the Italians take on the Belgians in Brussels on the 13th.
Italy has played 19 games in the Emilia-Romagna capital, including 15 victories, three defeats and one draw. Scoring a total of 56 goals whilst conceding 17. The last encounter at the Dall’Ara was a friendly in the build up to the 2013 Confederations Cup against San Marino, whom the Azzurri dispatched a 4-0 victory on the 31st of May.
Against Romania, who have also qualified to the group stage of the European Championship in France, the Italians have played 16 games winning 10 times while suffering only 2 defeats.

In that period of 16 games, the Azzurri have scored 22 times and conceded 12. The last time the two sides met, the Prandelli era was just beginning to take shape on November 17th 2010. The game finished 1-1 at the Hypo-Arena in Klagenfurt, Austria.
