“Si, maybe we would have won the points, but we didn’t have colossal goal scoring opportunities. Maybe we’ve had the larger share of possession, our forwards pushed higher, but at the end they didn’t steal any [points].”
You’ve surpassed Del Piero with the number of appearances in the Champions League, how do you feel?
“It’s very satisfying, certainly, but at the end of the day the things that truly gratify me are the wins for the team, sharing that [feeling] with the teammates, the club and the fans”
