Walter Mazzarri was interviewed this morning through the streets of Milan with part of his entourage. The Tuscan native has returned from England, where he had talks for a few weeks, most likely to learn the language and observe Premier League matches.
According to Calciomercato.com the ex Napoli and Inter tactician wasn’t seduced by the possibility of coaching Sunderland, a club that’s in a difficult situation.
Mazzarri is looking for a club that is stable and has a good position in the table. Next week he and his new agent will begin considering the interest from a few English clubs.
However, it is important to underline that there was never a contact between Liverpool and his entourage.
Furthermore, it was stated that Mazzarri would not consider a lower like, like MLS. He doesn’t want to exit the scene of the top clubs.
