Edison Cavani spoke on the rumors linking him with a return to the Italian Serie A.
Cavani played in Italy for Palermo and Napoli before being sold for a big money move to PSG in 2013.
Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport at the Parc des Princes, Cavani didn’t hide his displeasure with the PSG management.
“The things that have been happening this season are difficult and I don’t always like to speak on them when I don’t understand the reasoning… There are things that happen in the calmness that hurt you,” explained El Matador.
What do you think when you see the first pages of Italian newspapers talking about your future?
“It makes me happy, I played seven years in Serie A and they were very important for my career, it makes me happy when they talk about me, want me and ask about me.”
Could Juventus put the smile back on your face?
“We’ll see guys [laughing]…”
