As reported by TMW, Aston Villa could be in for Inter’s Adem Ljajic.
The English side were interested in Ljajic in the summer but lost out to Inter on the last day of the market. Now, though, it seems as there is some tension between Ljajic and Inter. The Serb has yet to start a game for Inter and has barely been used as a substitute. Ljajic did score rather beautifully against Albania as he is currently on international duty. The Inter forward dribbled the ball from midfield and slotted home, brushing past opposing players with ease. He then sent a message in a post match interview: “I hope Inter saw me.”
Ljajic has played a total of 58 minutes for i nerazzurri over three games that suggest a possible fallout with Mancini.
Aston Villa, who have struggled in the Premiere League (18th place), will be looking forward to reinforcing their weak points come January and Ljajic is top of their Christmas wishlist.
