Quagliarella suggests Italy’s smaller clubs have done better

Torino’s forward, who’s currently on national team duty with Italy, Fabio Quagliarella, spoke at the press conference at Coverciano today.

Focusing on the top caliber clubs, who are all having some sort of problem to start the season, claimed the “provincial” clubs have done better.

“Maybe they have become like Napoli and Juventus,” referring to the provinciali have done better.

“They are in tough times or maybe it’s my fault because I played for them during my career as a player. Napoli? I’m from there and I am a fan of the club. In the hotel room I share it with Insigne and I told him to “believe in us [Napoletani]”.
