Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri spoke following his side’s win against Empoli and highlighted the opposition’s good play among other things.
In his post-match press conference with Sky, the former Milan boss told reporters,:
“It wasn’t simple. We got the three points and I’m very happy. Empoli plays good football and they caused us some problems in the first half. We had to close the game and didn’t. Some players played well, others didn’t have as much rhythm. It was a good game. As a whole, I’m happy.”
On Chiellini’s condition –
“It’s stuff that happens. He went off as a precautional measure. We hope it’s nothing serious.”
On Napoli –
“We have to compliment them for a good season. I’ll be watching their game against Udinese and hope they drop points. That’s normal.”
