Antonio Conte and his former team Juventus will go head-to-head on the transfer market as both Chelsea and the bianconeri are interested in Roma’s Radja Nainggolan.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Nainggolan’s future with Roma remains in the balance. At the moment, various clubs are keeping tabs on the Belgian international with English giants Chelsea being the most notable suitors for the midfielder. Antonio Conte is reportedly a big fan of the player and wants to bring him to London with him in the summer.
Juventus are also said to be interested in the player. However, they will only make a move for the Roma man if Paul Pogba leaves the club. Another possible target for the Italian champions is Valencia’s Andre Gomes, who has impressed this season with the Spanish outfit.
Nainggolan has arguably been Roma’s best midfielder alongside Miralem Pjanic making a potential acquisition of the player that much harder. In addition, it remains to be seen whether the giallorossi would sell one of their better players t0 a direct Scudetto rival. As a result, Conte’s Chelsea remains a likelier destination.
