Maurizio Sarri is said to be a keen admirer of Fiorentina’s Matias Vecino and wants to reinforce his midfield ranks at Napoli with him.
According to Tuttosport, Napoli are seriously interested in Fiorentina’s Matias Vecino and he remains their primary transfer target for the midfield in the summer. If they are unable to acquire the midfielder, Sarri will then shift his attention to Piotr Zielinski, who is having a fantastic season with Empoli at the moment.
Another player that may be on the partenopei’s summer transfer list is Valencia’s Andre Gomes. Recently, it’s been reported that the player is receiving interest from Juventus therefore a move to Italy may be on the horizon. Other players that Sarri will target this summer are Ajax’s Davy Klaasen and Atalanta’s Marten de Roon. However, the former is concerned with a lack of playing time therefore he isn’t open to a move to Italy. That said, de Roon is reportedly pleased with Napoli’s interest and would welcome a move to the club with open arms.
