M’Baye Niang is banking on a speedy recovery as he hopes to be fit enough for the Coppa Italia Final.
In an interview with Mediaset, Milan forward M’Baye Niang spoke about his recovery hopes after getting operated on last week:
I hope to be ready for the Coppa Italia Final. I do not think that the squad is obtaining negative results solely because of my absence. I am certain that as early as the next match, my teammates will start to do well again.
Niang was then asked about his teammate, Mario Balotelli:
He is a great player. When he will be back in good, physical shape, he will help us again.
