English Premier League club Chelsea are targeting Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly
The Senegalese international centre-back has been impressive this season for the Partenopei during the season, helping to drive the club to a top 2 finish in Serie A under the guidance of coach Maurizio Sarri.
Sky Sport Italia are reporting that the West London club are pondering a move for the former Racing Club Genk player, under instruction of incoming coach Antonio Conte, this is despite the recent resigning of captain John Terry to a new contract.
Napoli earned automatic Champions League league group qualification for next season, the Italian side may struggle to retain the the defender as there is also interest from Manchester United and Arsenal.
The Senegalese international made 32 league appearances during the recent campaign, inspiring the Naples-based club to the 2nd best defensive record in Serie A.
