The French defender is keen to stay at the Italian capital after an impressive first Serie A season.
The 22-year-old full-back hopes his loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain is made permanent for the upcoming season as the Giallorossi will be looking to build on a third place finish under the guidance of Luciano Spalletti.
“If it were up to me, I would stay in Rome,” Digne told RMC Radio in France.
“I have no decision-making power, I haven’t yet discussed it with PSG. I’m concentrating on the Euros for the moment. We’ll see about it later.
“I’ve had a very good season with Roma and I feel very good at this club.”
Making a total of 32 Serie A appearances, along with 3 goals, Digne has displayed the defensive acumen to establish himself in Roma’s first team.
