With Lazio on the prowl for a new manager a number of names have been linked to the biancocelesti bench.
According to Sky Sports, Cesare Prandelli has emerged as Lazio’s number one target for their manager. Yesterday, the parties met and reportedly had a very positive meeting. As a result, they are inching closer to reaching an agreement. This morning it was confirmed that Prandellli has in fact become Lazio boss putting an end to all the rumors.
Lazio have also been linked with Jorge Sampaoli in the past few weeks but those rumors have recently cooled off. With Prandelli looking to get back on the coaching horse, Lazio may just be an ideal destination for him.
