Transfer negotiations have hit a stumbling block as Real Madrid are unwilling to pay the extremely high fee and will need to sell first should they expect to complete a deal for the midfielder.

It is no secret of that Juventus and Real Madrid have held talks over what would be a record transfer should it be completed for the French midfielder. According to Sportmediaset, the deal could be a difficult one to complete as Real Madrid have little intention of meeting the transfer fee of €120 million and Pogba’s requested yearly salary of €13 million a season.
Although Los Blancos are salivating at the prospect of having one of the most sought-after players in all of football gracing the Santiago Bernabeu, they will first have to complete a few sales to afford Pogba. It is reported that Toni Kroos could be sold to Manchester City, to help liberate funds to then reinvest in a transfer for the Frenchman.
