Following his Portuguese adventure with Benfica, Bryan Cristante may return to Italy with Torino being touted as a potential destination.
Former Milan youth product Bryan Cristante is having an indifferent experience with Benfica and might have an opportunity to return to Serie A, just not with his former club.
According Tuttusport, Torino are looking into the possibility of a loan deal for the centrocampista who has only made two substitute appearances for the Portuguese club. The feeling however is that Benfica will not loan him out until the final week of the mercato.
Cristante could be open to the idea of returning to Italy after requesting a move away from Milan to garner more playing time. Torino would be an ideal environment from him where younger talent are given the opportunity to shine under Giampero Ventura. He simply has to look at the likes of Andrea Belotti, Davide Zappacosta and Marco Benassi as prime examples.
