Another Italy U-21 International to make way to Serie A?
After making initial advances during the summer, Frosinone are once again looking at Marcello Trotta as a potential January mercato target.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Frosinone have renewed contact with Avellino for the 23-year old striker. Trotta is also garnering interest from Sassuolo and Atalanta however Frosinone are likely to be in pole position for his signature.
Trotta has made 17 appearances for Avellino this season in Serie B and is the club’s leading scorer with 7 goals.
