Roma might have recently said their goodbyes to Juan Iturbe but one of his Argentinian compatriots could be making his way to The Eternal City.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, it is no longer a secret that Roma are in talks with Genoa for Diego Perotti. The 27-year old former Sevilla winger would be a welcomed addition to Roma’s attack as the club focuses on both the Champions League and Serie A.
Roma have made an offer for Perotti but it was rejected by Genoa as it was deemed too low. They are asking for a much higher offer.
In the mean time, Di Marzio is also reporting that Sunderland’s Jeremain Lens is another option for the Romans however no contact has been initiated with the English club at the moment.
