As a title race intensifies, Roberto Mancini is expected to take to the transfer market to bolster his Inter side.
Talks of Gregory Van der Wiel to Inter have continued to surface as of late. According to Alfredo Pedulla, Le Parisien were first to report that Inter had initiated contact with Van der Wiel‘s entourage about his availability in January, seeing as his contract with PSG expires in June.
As recent as today, Mundo Sportivo believes that Inter could table an offer of €4 million to persuade the Dutchman to call Italy his new home in 2016.
Van der Wiel has been having a tough time beating out Serge Aurier for a starting job at right-back for PSG, making only 7 appearances for the Ligue 1 leaders with two assists and a yellow card.
