The Portuguese youngster continues his approach to the Premier League side.
As one new acquisition arrives for Sampdoria, another is soon to depart. Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Sampdoria and Leicester City are in advanced negotiations for 17-year old right-back Pedro Pereira to complete a move to the EPL club in January.
Pereira sale would be around €10 million and Sampdoria are expected to make a profitable return on the Portuguese youngster they originally signed for a mere €120K. He made 8 appearances for the Blucerchiati, starting 6 of those games.
Sampdoria are also in talks with Leicester to bring Tunisian center-back Yohan Benalouane back to Serie A. However, a deal for the former Saint-Etienne youth product will have to wait a few more days as Leicester are preparing for their upcoming game vs Manchester City. Benalouane had worn the jerseys of Cesena, Parma and Atalanta prior to being sold to Leicester City
