The 39-year old shot-stopper’s future at Roma to depend solely on if Szczesny is to depart the Eternal City.
According to Il Messaggero, Roma’s Walter Sabatini met with goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis and advised him that his contract will only be renewed if Wojciech Szczesny is to leave Roma. With the arrival of the Polish goalkeeper at the beginning of the season, De Sanctis has been limited to only 7 Serie A appearances, after playing a total of 35 games the previous season.
