Multiple rumors are surfacing that Napoli’s diminutive play-maker Lorenzo Insigne is attracting interest from Barcelona and has emerged as a target.
According to Sportitalia, the Catalan giants have made Lorenzo Insigne’s entourage a significant offer to bring the player over to Spain. The Spanish champions have reportedly offered the Italy international an annual wage in the region of six to eight million euros.
The player’s intention is to stay with Napoli for as long as possible but he’s now expecting the partenopei to match the offer. Should they decide not to match Barcelona’s offer, Insigne will evaluate his options.
Sportitalia have also reported that Atletico Madrid are also interested in the player in addition to another Premier League and Serie A side. After a career year, it appears that everyone is after Insigne.
