Italy has one last test before the finals start, their opener is a week from today against Belgium.
The modern day tinkerman Antonio Conte has doubts in his midfield and he doesn’t yet know what to do with Parolo and Florenzi. Today, Parolo seems likely to start next to Thiago Motta, as Conte is balking at the idea of deploying both De Rossi and Thiago Motta together, according to Sky Sports.
In attack, Immobile and Zaza will more than likely be the duo to start, Graziano Pelle had suffered a small knock to his calf but that seems to have subsided, according to team doctors.
The formation Conte is expected to throw out against Finland may look very similar to the one they deploy vs Belgium next Monday.
