Another Italian player has been heavily linked with a Premier League switch to England in the form of Zaza.
West Ham have long been interested in the Juventus number 7, however now more English sides are joining the party. Crystal Palace has seemingly stalled their interest in the Italy international but Everton and Southampton have both ignited there pursuit.
No word an any official bid quite yet, but Gianluca Di Marzio is fairly certain that a bid is coming for the ex-Sassuolo striker. Last summer, West Ham even tried to convince Zaza to join them instead of Juventus, but as history shows us, that did not happen.
Juve and West Ham already have a business relationship as they agreed to the deal to send Angelo Ogbonna to London last year. For all parties it was a good deal as Ogbonna played well enough to secure a spot on Conte’s European Championship roster.
The other club, Southampton is also a possible destination as they look to offload Graziano Pelle this summer to make room for new blood up top.
For now, Zaza is 100% concentrated on the European Championship. His agent told reporters that they will discuss their options and meet with Juventus after the European Championships conclude.
