Juve and Dani Alves are still yet to formally close and the deal that will see the Brazilian wear black and white next year.
The deal isn’t quite done yet, but more progress has been made. Among the parties the word ‘yes’ has been uttered throughout negotiations and many promises have been made by Alves as he prepares to leave Barcelona.
His departure was confirmed this morning by Barcelona and they thanked him for being the 2nd most capped player for the Blaugrana, as well as winning 23 titles since his arrival from Sevilla in 2008.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Sky Sport’s mercato expert, it appears that this saga is close to coming to an end, with Alves becoming Juve’s first signing of the summer.
