Massimo Briaschi, the agent of Napoli’s out-of-favor defender Christian Maggio, talked about the future of his client.
Christian Maggio has seen his playing time greatly diminish in Naples over the past few seasons. As rumors of a possible purchase of Sassuolo’s Sime Vrsaljko loom, talks about the future of Maggio have come up as we approach the summer months. Massimo Briaschi talked about his client’s future, via Radio Crc:
“Watford could be an option for Maggio, but it’s uncertain if [Walter] Mazzari is interested. I did not have contact with Udinese, but it’s still early so things have not yet developed. Maggio played 400 minutes this past season and if Vrsaljko arrives in Azzurro, that says something.”
