The former Champions League winner’s could be bringing his years of experience to the region of Abruzzo next season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chievo goalkeeper Albano Bizzarri is nearing a deal to sign with Serie A newcomers, Pescara. Despite still having a year left on his contract, the 38-year old Argentinian could be extending his career in a new environment come next season.
Bizzarri appeared in 35 games for Chievo this year, collecting 11 clean sheets.
