Mino Raiola, the agent of Paul Pogba is trying to secure a nice retirement package via the way of Paul Pogba.
If Pogba is going to cost €100 million, then Raiola is going to cost €25 million. The world’s most famous agent is wanting to monetize his client (and his own wallet) to the maximum. He already told Real Madrid that he wouldn’t accept anything less than €12-13 million net per season for Pogba.
Furthermore, if Pogba’s transfer is going to be the record breaking at the €100 million mark, the price tag would actually come out to be closer to €150 million. Here’s why:
- Base fee of €110 million to Juventus
- Player receives directly €15 million
- Raiola receives commission of €25 million
Florentino Perez, the supremo of Real Madrid isn’t a stranger to record breaking transfers, he’s already done it with Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, and also the Colombian record for James Rodriguez.
Juventus aren’t backing down their asking price of €120 million, Real Madrid are already balking at that figure, so will Pogba and Raiola’s payoffs stunt any deal? Time will tell
