Speaking to Sky Sport, former Lecce, AS Roma and Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic has praised his fellow countryman Stevan Jovetic. “It won’t be long before Stevan reaches the top of his condition”, said Vucinic, who currently plays for Al-Jazira. “He is a humble lad who works hard. I’m sure that soon we will see him at his best and that he will become a leader for his team. His only weak point is that he is persecuted by injuries; I really hope he’ll get a bit of luck this season.”
Stevan Jovetic is poised to come back on the pitch as Inter play Juventus on Sunday evening, after skipping the last two matches because of a femoral biceps injury.
