After a successful campaign with Inter, Jeison Murillo finds himself in the cross-hairs of some of Europe’s elite.
At one point, the Nerazzurri looked destined to be in the Scudetto fight until the end, however lack of depth eventually caught up to them and Roberto Mancini’s men finished fourth place in Serie A.
However, one of their best and most consistent players, Jeison Murillo, now is on the wishlist of some of Europe’s most elite clubs. According to Sky Sport, Arsenal have conducted an inquiry on the availability and price of the Colombia international.
Zenit St. Petersburg are also interested in the former Granada man, and Bayern Munich have put the 22 year old on a shortlist shoud Medhi Benatia leave the Bavarian side.
Inter have to resist now in order to keep him, Murillo has stated publicly no intention of leaving Italy but did say that he will meet with the club after the conclusion of the Copa America to clarify his future.
With two continental tournaments ongoing at the moment, a lot of teams have been scouting these internationals and Murillo is no different. An impressive run by Colombia so far has definitely raised his stock among potential suitors.
