Roma reject improved €32 million bid from Chelsea for Nainggolan

Chelsea continue to seek for a reinforcement Conte would hold dear, Radja Nainggolan.

Sky Sport understands that Chelsea have had another significant bid declined by Roma brass this evening, as Radja Nainggolan is approaching unsellable status.
Roma did not make a counter offer to Chelsea, it was a simple ‘no’ as they do not wish to sell Nainggolan as Pjanic is a possible departure this summer to one of Europe’s elite.
The Giallorossi finished third in Serie A this past season, meaning they will have to play a two match qualification series in order to make it to the UEFA Champions League group stage. If they were unable to qualify, like Napoli and Udinese in the past, then their mercato strategy could shift.
Nainggolan has stated in the past that it would be ‘difficult’ to leave Italy after spending 11 years in the Bel Paese.
