AC Milan, despite their problems with the senior team, have been churning out notable talents the last few years, and Andrea Vassallo may go above and beyond that.
More recently, the Rossoneri’s youth academy or Primavera has produced names like Mattia De Sciglio, Bryan Cristante and Davide Calabria, all who play first division soccer either for Milan or elsewhere.
Andrea Vassallo, born in Milan on September 30th, 1997 has been playing with the Primavera side since his was only 16. Before that, he played in the youth ranks for Inzaghi at the Allevi Nazionali level as well.
Known as a ruthless finisher, Vassallo carries characteristics that make him resemble a mobile poacher in the final third. He does not lack physical qualities.

Vassallo is a strong left footed player, who has scored goals playing from the left wing area as well.
A versatile #9, and at only 18 years of age, represents a true asset to the AC Milan youth academy. I would not put it past Mihajlovic to name him to the senior side in 2015/16.
Statistically speaking, he is the tip of the sword for the primavera, scoring 4 goals in 4 matches so far this campaign in their division.

But what sends Vassallo above most others, is his record last year of scoring 12 goals in 19 matches. His overall record in primavera play of 16 goals in 27 matches is a rare find, especially for a bigger club.
Vassallo has played through the ranks of the Italian youth national teams, currently he is playing for the U-18 side, scoring 2 goals in 5 appearances.
